The course Agile Certified Practitioner – PMI-ACP will help to prepare you for the Agile Certified Practitioner exam. First by explaining the application process and test, then by looking at specific areas of Agile such as the principles and mindset, dynamic systems development, value-driven delivery, stakeholder engagement, boosting team performance, adaptive planning, problem detection and resolution, and continuous improvement.
